SINOMER® UVU6290 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer. It is designed to offer an excellent balance of flexibility, non-yellowing properties, and adhesion to various substrates, particularly plastics. This product features good water resistance, excellent weatherability, and low odor, making it suitable for high-performance UV-curing applications.

  • Excellent Non-Yellowing Performance: Due to its aliphatic structure, it maintains color stability upon and after UV exposure.

  • Good Flexibility: Provides outstanding elasticity and crack resistance to the cured film.

  • High Water Resistance: Exhibits excellent resistance to boiling water, ensuring film integrity.

  • Superior Weatherability: Resists degradation from UV light and environmental factors.

  • Low Odor

  • Good Adhesion: Promotes strong adhesion to various substrates, including plastics (PC, etc.) and metal layers.

  • The polymerization inhibitor (MEHQ for example) can be controlled within 50ppm, which is suitable for skin contact areas such as nail polish.

PC mobile phone case → Primer spraying → Flash off solvents (60°C, 4 min) → UV curing (600 mJ/cm²) → Vacuum metallization with aluminum → Topcoat spraying → UV curing (600 mJ/cm²)
